This has been my thought also. Now I could be totally off base with this, but since TEVA made the gesture before, it could still be an option for a partnership.

I found it interesting that TEVA is selling its Women's Healthcare Unit for $2billion and seems to want to get it done quickly. Sorry, don't have the link offhand.

It will be interesting to see what happens.
