The directors own over 400 million shares of the 1,175,254,801 unrestricted shares - leaving approx 775 million shares trading on the open market.

Company owns $10-$12 million (conservative retail value) in commercial interstate highway-facing PRIME real estate in wildwood, FL; i-75 Cordell, GA; Indinapolis Turnpike, Indianapolis, IN; and Vaughn, OH

Company REALLY DOES own (not lease, not a LOI) - the Liberty Gold Mine 2,900 acre property in northern California.

They are communicating with a world-renowned gold miner to have a professional mineral mining team assess the Liberty and look for a partner mining company to develop the mineral resource. Their is a documented estimate that the Liberty Mine property represents a value of $500 Million - yes, I said 1/2 of One Billion Dollars!

Total hard asset valuation of EFLN: $512,000,000 assets divided by 1,175,250,000 outstanding shares = $4.36 pps

simple valuation: $512 million / 2.5 billion shares = approx. $2.00 PPS
