Reminder RE: JFK vs Stewart...
Everyone who flies out of JFK doesn't live in NYC. I'm in western MA and at times have to get my ass to JFK for a flight, and it's a royal pain. Think "gold coast" of CT - many many professionals to work in NYC take the train daily from CT, Westchester county same thing, upstate NY (Albany folk, Ithaca, etc.) who probably are now going to JFK.
