Ticket sales aren't the only revenue...CARGO too
That used to be in our discussions, lets keep in mind. Cargo going to JFK and Newark is slower into a clogged airport...faster in a newer, more efficient airport which just happens to be located near rail, intersection of major US highways, etc.
