Moxaman, I've occasionally asked companies things in the past that received no answer, but they were covered in the next quarterly, or other conference they were doing. I would suspect that these items, and hopefully many others, will be resolved in the upcoming Annual Report.
I've also gotten replies that we cannot discuss something I questioned at the current time on some occasions. I agree, if you receive such an answer you at least know they're listening.
I recently wrote a company who presented many results at AACR complaining that they should have issued a PR describing what was presented. They had issued a PR months ago saying they'd be doing it, but it was disturbing to me that Investor's had to find the links to each of the presentations. Their answer that nothing happened that wasn't known to investors was disturbing to me, I really don't believe that Investor's should need to be detectives, but the truth is, we do. The same company probably has several hundred approved patents, and the only way we learn about them is from a few investors who routinely search for new patents. I've yet to see a PR on either a patent submission, or patent approval.
