It is not uncommon for an already publicly traded company, even if only a "shell", to be used by a subsidiary to forgo the hassles of public listing.
The fact that QMKR is willing to issue 100 M shares when they have only about 22 M right now says to me that they have much faith in what the new subsidiary(old CenBio) can do going forward.
The fact that Bill sees this as the best way forward, and the new CEO was there with Bill from the very beginning, gives me some comfort.
It is a new start, and we will have our dividend shares trading soon, hopefully. This move makes sense to me after I got over the initial shock.
