I go back and forth on this - I mean its all rotational, right... New investors sock away shares being peeled off ever so slowly by old investors... The point of this is to get those investors that cannot buy securities priced this low... or so it says in the filing. Which I whole heartily agree with - But I would be down in the 25/1 group than the 50/1 group,,,, the shares authorized is only going 5/1
