agree. a 1:4 rs would reduce the number of shares you have not affecting the price or value of the shares. of course until they start converting the remaining debt. now you are with one forth of your holdings and the pps will drop as the notes convert. So this is why traders and investors run for the hills when an RS is proposed or executed. Most of the otc company's are just dilution machines for their own pockets. not running legit companys and shareholder friendly.
