Yes that was a long one...
A few quick takes:
1-interesting that GC still files audited reports instead of non audited reports(he doesn't have to do expensive audited reports on the pink sheets)
2-Still haven't received the 1 Mill from SS(but that was known/expected already)
3- A ton of mentions about difficulty about stock trading in sub penny( and difficulty to obtain further financing due to it)
4-Seems operating capital is still problemo numero uno.
5- outstanding shares over 3 bill (increased chances of R/S )
6- Much relies on SS right now (it seems) as China is on back burner.
7-Tons of deferred salary.
8-140k in outstanding possible convertible toxic debt.
9-extremely detailed audited 10k - which asks the question again- why ? if he wasn't thinking big picture?
10-we are still alive 25 years later -albeit on a respirator - If we are still breathing then there is always a chance......
