Leo should have the lawyers put an addendum on all paperwork with big pharma to the effect that they are attesting to the fact they have never shorted CTIX nor has anyone acting on their behalf and should conflicting information surface the penalty would be to triple whatever consideration had been agreed to by both parties. both short and long term.
