Over time they are very likely to make inroads. Having said that, one would think that today's car engine makers would be looking down the road and see both electric and hydrogen as real competition.
Those two alternatives obviously use very different engines than those typically used today, so you would think that someday they would welcome the Coates technology so that, while their engines would be altered, their engines would still have a place in the market.
