When is the deadline for the Quarterly filing?
Not to create panic, alarm or drama, but perhaps to think about only. I would not expect or accept (not that I can do anything about it), a late filing from a CEO who is an accountant. I believe she is obligated to get the filing in on-time and correct.
If its due today, she's on the clock in my book.
