Clear Memories is NO LONGER a division of NTEK ... that is known and has certainly been disclosed ...
At the August 2015 SHM, NanoTech did indeed indicate that business units Clear Memories, along with Magic Screen 3D were being divested ...
The "Update" on that was made available well over a year ago ... From that point forward, there has No Longer been a reference to the "Events" division ... which was Clear Memories ... In addition, the CM Sales numbers have not been included since that time ...
The "Quarterly Report ending September 2015" ... and also the latest Annual Report
