TD really doesn't want Treaty trading again which is quiet plain. This is a post in response to dloggold ilie board
Dloggold I agree I really hope the SEC will take a good long look at what's going here at Treaty because it widespread throughout the market, it could a case study later on. If the company is trying to raise funds through various channels that ok. Companies raise capital all the time like this so nothing illegal being done. If the SEC tells the company you to have the audited financials done & filed to trade again & it takes money to get the financials done & filed not sure what the problem here is. Expect it seems like a group of individuals don't want Treaty trading again! Please SEC look into tha
