Him worrying about how he was perceived caused them to go this route,
He should of shoved it up everyone's ass that didn't billieve and got the S-1 filed and showed what he has but yeah this was a much better way to go about it.

As far as the price going down yesterday , the ones that started buying a few months in advance of this announcement are the ones that made money. The month of Dec 2016 this stock was .01 per share all of a sudden it .50 per share with no news ?? Prior to the announcement.
