It's still PENDING, last I heard. I'm on the e-mail list with "ETF Managers Group", the company who submitted it to the SEC.
Their actual application though requested that the ETF be launched within 75 days of filing -- which puts it around May 3rd by my own calculations.
So, I'm hopeful it becomes official in early May... Which is a great time for an ETF to start loading OWCP, imo.
