Personally, imthink the stock is in stall mode until all of these changes are digested. Some are waiting for the CEO to step up and lay out HIS specific plan. And many will be holding his feet to the fire.

IMO, what we really need is a solid onto of production. It sreally so hard to get an idea of the true capability of the machines. We saw what three days can do, but we have yet to see a balls to the wall full months production. Once we get that, we will truly be off to the races.
