Yeah see if this scenario fits
1- Cenbf couldnt get a ticker symbol
So they go to these steps
2- make up some company Eastern Starr
3 - find a shell company "Incumaker Inc"
4- merge three companies that have nothing but debt?
Yep it's so great it lost how many percent yesterday?
