Easy answer:
Because they are thinking of getting a lot of shareholders to come...and Newburgh is a LOT easier to drive to than driving to JFK (traffic can move at a crawl around rush hour like 18 months ago.
Rent for a LARGER room is cheaper - I imagine they will have at least double the attendance of the last meeting. Room for the Board and Whales and Dedicated.
