I think I hit it bang on. The poster was implying that a basher lawsuit was not dependent on the share price, that the funds were available. If that is the case, then why not proceed??

This should have happened a long time ago. It seems to me that this bashing has been going on for years. If the share price were ,50 and shareholders had sold shares in order to fund a lawsuit they would be much better off. The bashers would have been stopped in their tracks and the share price would explode!!!

Now the price is at .04... I bet it would still be better to sell some and fund a lawsuit, before the share price goes subpenny.
