Seams to be a very smart and calculated answers & I'll take that to mean they want to be current on all the filings & clear up any "issues" they may be having with a particular brokerage that only allows "one-way" trading before making any announcements. Opening the flood gates should have an exponential impact and create tremendous buying pressure when timed with any announcements. Nothing will hold us back after that.
