Look at the 2015 10k. These guys are all part timers until a product is on the market. They are taking a token $1000 a month to help compensate them before the big show. No problem with that- remember this company is set up as R&D only. They let companies who make and distribute pharma products use their technology. Not much work is necessary until things are up and running.
