CDEL (Citadel securities) uses the algorithms to manipulate stock price, they have said this and are not shy about it. They make the technicals say what will best serve thier intent. That being said the signals this morning seem to be exactly the Friday scare tactic, they are gong to open drag the price down as far as they can to keep the afternoon rally from pushing it over a dollar. There seems to be a big fear by at least 3 of the MMs to let this over a dollar for any period of time. CDEL manipulates the price using algorithms to distort the technicals, it keeps bigger investors away because they use that data over research more often than not. They day will most likely close green but I would be surprised if they let get close to that feared $1.
