Textmunication today signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a software-rich and innovative solution addressing fitness, salons, retail, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and hospitality verticals. This solution can be integrated into the new SMS platform offering social media integration and engagement tools serving thousands of businesses across the United States. The Silicon Valley entrepreneur has put more than $2M of development resources into the platform and is looking for an innovative communication company to scale the software. An 8-K will be issued shortly on the LOI.
