So did some digging on why the 2014 Fins were just recently updated. With some info from IR and skimming the fins I think they updated them because Mike Steele's brokerage needed more details.
From the 2014 annual report:
CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES
For the period ending June 30, 2014 the Company issued a single convertible debenture totaling $60,750. The company received a total of $60,750 investment from Michael Steele.
