It is an indication that those 30 million restricted shares Mrs. Foley received last year have already been converted to common shares and sold on the open market. Otherwise, if you look at otcmarkets.com, why are there only 679,409 restricted shares listed as of March 31, 2017?
It means they have converted to common shares and the big question is this: has she sold all her shares, some of her shares or absolutely none of her shares?
