I have a couple questions for you. Trust me, I've asked IR about it. Perhaps you can have better luck.
1). How many shares does Jeff Foley still own (if any at all)? Remember, he doesn't have to report his buys/sells like other Form-15 filing companies do. He bought many shares before the R/S but who knows if he kept them.
2). And to continue, when will NTEK become a filing company?
3). Has Lisa Foley kept her 30 million shares? Considering the O/S has doubled since the R/S, I think not. But I can't get a concrete answer from IR, which is concerning to say the least.
These questions are important as they indicate whether these individuals, who are privy to insider information, believe the company will grow at such a rate that selling now would be idiotic. Thus, it would help us determine (being inconsequential shareholders) if dilution really is off the table in the future and is not just a blanket statement.
