The requests might be sent to those who purchased restricted shares through Bull or others over past years. I feel in this case shareholders will be sending good money after good money whereas plenty of shareholders have sent good money after bad money in the past. The credibility is almost zero but of no fault to those in charge now. The new crew has balls and I highly respect their efforts!
