Just an opinion/observation but from my past experience stocks that close at or near their HOD usually head higher at the outset the next trading day. Could be wrong of course but odds seem to favor it IMO. That said the close next day may involve a pullback but for TODAY all OWCP longs should be happy and maybe a little relieved.
