So this "discovery" is going to be paid for by investors?? why wouldn't the company pay for it? It seems like they have spent a lot of money here, isn't it almost $80 Million?? You would think they would have enough to launch a lawsuit if there was any basis to these claims of NSS, paid bashers, etc. After all, it is their share price that has been damaged, and being victorious would raise the share price by destroying the NSS MM's and CE's!!! The share price would rise to it's true intrinsic value!!!!!!!!!!!
