Are you mad at the company or the at those who coordinated this massive short attack?
IMHO filing the 10K "late", as they have done in years past, was a mistake because of the timing with Passover. That was the signal the shorters needed to cause the carnage over the last few days.
I half expected it, freed up some capital, and have been buying up cheap shares.
I was very critical of Ziv's performance in Boca and I posted several times about it. I believe I used the word "amature".
IMHO someone with a pharma background or, better yet, a 24/7 IR Firm with other pharma clients would do a much, much better job handling the firm's PR.
