With all of what's COMING... Those are obviously the dots I'm referring to.
We've known since the start of the year, if not sooner, that OWCP would be finishing it's final on-going trials by around April.
We've been told product to be MARKET READY by Quarter 2 -- which was not very clear wording, as market ready does not mean "Products selling on the market" -- but now they say PRODUCT READINESS in Q3.
We're aware now of ONGOING NEGOTIATIONS...
Why on God's Green Earth would OWCP not ever go beyond $0.59 when THE BEST IS YET TO COME?!
