Franchising should come after they build and operate a few more company owned stores. Once they perfect their business operations it would be wise to start franchising.
So, announcing the beginning of building their NorCal location for which they already have the LOI (and presumably funding) should be done any time now and before any announcements of franchising.
I hope they announce a few more company locations before they say anything about franchising. If they don't announce franchise locations until next year, I'm good with that, as long as they are building their stores first.
I know there are tons of franchise requests, but they don't want to franchise before they have something solid to franchise. Two stores isn't enough.
I think it will hit $1.00+ by the end of the year. How much more than that, who knows.
My multi-stage exit strategy is pps based, not time based. As long as the fundamentals progress, my strategy stays the same within the parameters I set up.
