I haven't read all the filings, but in reading a couple (older ones) today I noticed that Mordechai Bignitz the CEO does not own any shares while all of the other management does own shares. It seems weird if he doesn't own any shares but maybe I'm just not looking at the right filing with updated info or some other reason the CEO wouldn't own shares.

Can anyone give me some insight please ?
