Yeah it is sad we have been lumped in with obvious pump & dump criminals. But I don't believe it is too much Kool-Aid here. To this very moment, no proof or evidence has come out against JR. Further, even the bashers can't focus in on any single PR or statement that is obviously false. Nonreporting companies are tricky and can look fraudulent regardless of legitimacy. All I know is I spent 4 hours reading through the AUDITED 2008 10-K and was convinced beyond reasonable doubt that everything being released by JR is indeed legitimate. To this moment all we have is the Atty letter and filing and that is all we have ever had so I see no real issue.
