I am completely in agreement with that theory.

There are many good things happening to support the above stated theory.

However, wouldn't a prudent investor maintain a small bit of healthy skepticism about a blanket statement about absolutely no more dilution ?

Unanticipated things happen in business all the time, plans change, opportunities to spend money to make more money occur if a plan is executed correctly.

Just something to consider as an investor. JMHO
