I asked very specific questions regarding the terms of the financing received from the institutional investor and really did not expect specific answers back from IR. The main thing to know (per IR) is:
1. significant $$ financing
2. favorable terms for NTEK
3. Unknown if the I.V. is also buying shares on the open market
4. More than enough financing to stop dilution
5. The I.V. is NOT Swig
