OWCP just tweeted about IDM Mining and then deleted it.

I do not know what it means but my SPECULATION is that maybe they have relinquished their twitter to a PR company and the person in charge of their account sent out the tweet on the wrong handle. The other speculation...they have no idea what they are doing.
Maybe I am looking too much into it but OWCP twitter game is abysmal.
