I am probably the wrong person to ask as I firmly believe TA is useless when trading pennies. As we have all seen the mm's do whatever they want when they want and so how can one look at the chart of OWCP and even plot resistance points or support points realistically.
As we have seen the stock pays no attnetion to TA as it is being manipulated daily.
This is just my opinion and while I do rely a little on support and resistance when buying and selling I don't believe this should be relied on fully.

When trading big board stocks things are a bit different with less manipulation and so TA can be useful.
But as I said I can't reccomend anything.
