I have done my part. They are well aware of my desire for management to produce Form 4's. I have tried to get other posters on this board to do the same but I was continually deleted.

So posters: ask IR why management hasn't bought any shares? If they had bought at .02 not too long ago, this discussion about further dilution would probably be a moot point since they would have heavy skin in the game like the rest of us.

I think it would be an indication that dilution would be irrelevant at best, minimal at worst.
