no one is debating ur points . i'm publicly asking folks not to claim there's "no dilution" ( to which i have pm a few people) and they insist on making this claim . which is false . and misleading

most every co needs funding
saying there is "no dilution"
"contact ir", etal

when misinformation appears afoot
is not healthy for longs the stock

and not the truth
that's all

i'm not having a conversation about "illicit activity" . i'm asking the board to discuss the business of ntek. not others. mods. or misrepresent information . like dilution . and what i suspect isn't material . it's what's provable that matters . especially to shareholders
