A delay in 10-K reporting is not a red flag. They filed for a 15 day extension, as they did in 2016, so at this point there is no delay. The rules are spelled out and as long as they file the 10-K within the 15 day extension period, it will be DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN FILED ON TIME.
As for the reporting of the efficacy tests there is a good reason as to what the company can say and not say about the results. I thought it was very clear and spelled out in the last 8-K. Maybe you should re-read it.
