Why would they? Because they could. Funny how shorting works. We'll see what develops over time in court. In the meantime if they are one of the shorts I think it is very smart of NTEK to go through this process. The costs for being short are rising here daily and I have no doubt some may be getting margin calls while others are very close to it. There is no limit on the size of losses for shorts when they are caught on the wrong side of things. Go NTEK!!!
