However, also on February 28,2017 the Company announced the acquisition of Skyfidelity, Inc together with its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Tricasade, Inc. through the exchange of stock. Accordingly, the Company is no longer
in the entertainment and movie/tv production and distribution business , and is now focused with operations both
in central and southern Florida, as well as in Taiwan, to become a world-class global multi-division technology
company with its four operating divisions: Cloud Managed Services (IoT), Solar Power Solutions, Satellite
Broadband, and WiFi Camera Security Surveillance (see www.skyfidelityinc.com).
