For the love of God, doesn't anyone know, or even wonder, who was paid $664,830 (compensation), $278,098 ("other"
and $126,500 (prof. fees, of which $43,869 was paid to the accounting firm that prepared the 10k and did all audits) - a total of $1,069,428, in one year.
This for an outfit with (allegedly) 3.5 employees, one of which is Heddle who (allegedly) did not take a salary, and the part-time CFO who (allegedly) was paid $49,237.
Who received the remaining $976,322 ($81,360 per month)?
