I firmly believe they're looking at big dog marketing now... I got the impression all along they were going to closer to product launch. But, when PR Firms literally charge $20,000/month... You don't jump on those when you're trying to be Fiscally Conservative until closer to Revenue.

They didn't want to be like most Pink Sheet companies... Dilution, dilution when ever you need money for your operations. *shrug*
