The SEC has no desire to revoke Treaty (sorry Lying TD & Lying againstallodds). In fact, they have encouraged Treaty to get current so we can trade on the OTC. The SEC's focus is on former management. Treaty has income and a plan to get audits paid and should be trading sooner than expected!
