Dr. Baruch is a huge part of my opinions on OWCP. Who would knowingly throw away 20+ years of extensive work and research for a company that right now isnt worth much.
(Saying it isnt worth much today is not me bashing, just stating a fact. OWCP long waiting for this company to be worth BILLIONS!!!)
