That was the old company that went defunct and became a shell.
Truthfully, percussion devices that use subsonic pulses are great for joints that have bone spurs in them. I've used them and it's great.
OWCP has nothing to do with that except the purchase of the shell which gave them an opportunity to secure funding from the public sector.
I think BruceLake did a private placement with OWCP and could maybe shed some light on this.
