I'd be surprised if they were to announce a partnership that way. I suspect that shareholders have been emailing Leo with the FUD that's being spewed elsewhere, and he wants to set the record straight.

The way that the clinical trial updates were described in today's email sure sound incredibly promising. I agree with the idea that Leo is giving a broad hint to the under-invested that they need to finish loading up now.
